HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?

If you're part of a business, or an individual wanting to get a Hoodie, or you or your organisation are just looking to see what you can do in-kind to support AIME and National Hoodie Day, then the three options are below:

INDIVIDUALS

Step 1 Buy your Blue AIME Hoodie to help AIME work with more kids.
Step 2 Wear the AIME Hoodie and spread the message of Indigenous success. Get pics and video messages in the lead-up to the day and send them to [email protected] or post them on our Facebook page.
Step 3 Jump onto the 'AIME Library' section of the NHD website and build your knowledge around Indigenous Australia, OR share your stories or resources with us!
Step 4 Join the conversation on 21 July. We'll have a social media bonanza, so check in to the AIME NHD website and share your views and ideas around whether “Indigenous Success = Australian Success”.

IN-KIND SUPPORT

Have you got a profile? Have you got a captive audience or the ability to help reach a number of people? Do you want to help promote the message of Indigenous success?

AIME is happy to work creatively with groups that don't have the funding capacity but are willing to work hard to spread the positive AIME messages into the community. Past and present in-kind partners include:

  • South Sydney Rabbitohs
  • Canterbury Bulldogs
  • AIME Role Models (eg. Ian Thorpe, Wendell Sailor, Libby Trickett, Andrew Denton)
  • NSW Aboriginal Knockout teams (2010)
  • The Co-op Bookshop

So... if you can't raise funds yourself but want to contribute, then flick your idea over to us. Even if you want to get a Hoodie and get pics in heaps of crazy locations either in Australia or around the world.

Please send your idea or proposal to [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.
